Nutrition services are available by our Accredited Practicing Dietitian
(APD):

  • Assessing your nutritional needs
  • Developing personalised eating plans and nutrition guidelines
  • Providing nutrition counselling and support
  • Providing information on healthy eating, shopping for food, eating out and preparing food at home

The APD credential is a public guarantee of nutrition and diet expertise.

Boris Kazakov is a qualified Accredited Practicing Dietitian and an
Accredited Sports Dietitian with over 25 years experience.

You may be having difficulty with losing weight, reducing your cholesterol,
managing your diabetes or improving your general health and well being.
Boris provides a personal approach to help you and your family.

Medicare provides rebates for visits to APDs treating chronic health
conditions under a care plan coordinated by a GP. Visits to private
practising APDs are also covered by most private health funds. For further

Fees
Care Plan Patients

Current holders of a Pension, Health Care, Commonwealth Seniors or Veteran’s Affairs Cards will be bulk billed. These cards MUST be presented at time of appointment for consult to be bulk billed.

The fee schedule is as follows for patients who do not have any of the above cards:

Standard Care Plan Consultation
Full payment required on the day

Patient will pay – $ 70.00
Patient will receive back from Medicare – $ 52.95
Gap – $ 17.05

Private Patients
Individual Sessions

Initial Session (60 minutes) – $140.00
Review session (30 minutes) – $70.00
NOTE: Where initial and review sessions extend beyond the usual allocated time a fee of $ 15.00 per 15 minutes is charged.

Structured menu plan #: $ 145
Sports specific menu plan $ 199
# Structured eating plans include 4 e-mails as part of the fee as there may be modifications required once the client has had time to assess
