Special Practice Notes
Our practice is committed to preventative care. We may issue you with a reminder notice from time to time offering you preventative health services appropriate to your care.
Telephoning Your Doctor
You can contact doctors in this practice by telephone during normal surgery hours. A message will be taken when the doctor is with another patient. However, the patient may have to explain the nature of the problem to the receptionist before she can determine whether it is necessary to interrupt the doctor.
For patients experiencing language difficulties a translator can be arranged. Please discuss this need with the receptions staff when making your appointment.
Available with the nurses Mon-Fri 9am to 4pm. Standard immunisations are FREE and your Medicare Card and immunisation record will be required. However you may be charged for further (extra) medical records you may wish to discuss with the doctor.
Available Mon-Fri 8am-4pm Sat 8-11am
Please feel free to talk to your doctor or receptionist about treatment problems. We would like to take your concerns & complaints seriously. However, if you prefer to make your concerns known outside the surgery you can call the Health and Disabilities Services Complaints Office.
